Sculptra / Retch are advanced aesthetic collagen-stimulating injectable treatments that support natural collagen production to improve skin firmness and elasticity, with a subtle tightening effect and (in some cases) light fullness. They are used to improve skin laxity, enhance jawline and cheek definition, increase skin thickness, soften lines around the mouth, improve neck wrinkles, and support the appearance of certain facial scars based on the doctor’s assessment. Results commonly start to appear within 4–8 weeks, and a maintenance plan may include repeat injections every 3 months for about 1 year to help maintain results that can extend up to 2 years.
